Mediterranean Salad Mix

It's finally here!  It took a while but it's here now.  Mediterranean Salad Mix, a combination of the sweetness of pea shoots,  sour tangy taste of buckwheat, the big crunch from fava, the juiciness of borage that has the same taste as cucumber and beet microgreens that give the bright red color and earthy taste in the salad mix. I eat it by itself and good with any red meat.
